iAccelerate
iAccelerate is a University of Wollongong (UOW) business incubator program which was launched in January 2011. iAccelerate assists with building and growing businesses and is designed to support UOW students, staff and the greater Illawarra Community with the hope of building an innovative economy for the future of the region.
iAccelerate is the leading Accelerator/Incubator in Australia based on the number of companies that have come through the program. In 2018 alone, 131 jobs were created and 74 companies supported in tech, hardware, service, education , health, well-being and social services.
RDA Illawarra has and will continue to be a strong advocate for the iAccelerate program. The program aligns with RDA Illawarra's business objectives and drives economic development in the region.
