Jessica is a strategy and communications specialist with experience across education, finance, health and government sectors from local start-ups to national and international ASX listed companies.
Jessica started her career in Wollongong working for the University and built a strong sense of corporate governance and active citizenship as President of the Junior Chamber International Illawarra, Director of UOW UniCentre, Director of the Illawarra Business Chamber and member of the Wollongong City Centre Advisory Committee.
As part of these roles Jessica was active in promoting the region and fostering the development of a strong youth leadership and entrepreneurial movement.
Jessica’s wealth of experience is in helping organisations develop and communicate their direction and value by making sure they are speaking a language their people and customers understand.
Previously she worked internationally with Macquarie Bank leading corporate communications and development of the annual strategy for the Financial Management Group. She also provided a range of expertise across Medibank during a merger, ASX listing and development of their model of integrated healthcare to Australia’s Defence Force.
Jessica has an Executive MBA from Sydney Business School. She is currently the Director, Corporate Governance and Strategy leader at Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.
