Greg Doyle is the General Manager of Wollongong City Council.
Greg has worked in and with the public sector for over 20 years. He has held leadership portfolios in the corporate, infrastructure, planning and community functions of government. Currently, he works with a range of boards covering community, hospitality, regional development, tourism infrastructure and destination marketing. In 2003 he was awarded a Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Fellowship. He also has been involved in successful start-ups and commercial business.
He has a Bachelor of Science [Geography] and Masters of Policy [Social Policy] [UoW] and is a Graduate of the AICD Course.
Greg is passionate and enthusiastic about regional development and the role Wollongong plays in the prosperity of the region. He is also an avid wine experiencer and oyster consumer.
