NBN Rollout - Kiama

Kiama and Minnamurra have been chosen as two of the first areas in Australia to participate in the National Broadband Network Rollout following a submission by RDA Illawarra to Minister Conroy, on behalf of the ICT industry. The rollout is now full steam ahead and there is a lot of activity going on in the Kiama and Minnamurra community at the moment.

Our next big task is to get the NBN rolled out to the rest of the region. We have set up a working group with the three local councils, so that Wollongong and Shellharbour can learn from Kiama about how to get prepared for the NBN rollout. To view our successful submission, click here.
