Our Priorities

In response to our Vision, RDA Illawarra will focus its activities on business growth, job creation and a more liveable and equitable region. We will do this through the following six priorities and promote initiatives that address these areas. These priorities have been developed from our research and engagement with our stakeholders.

RDA Illawarra will continue its advocacy and consultation in the areas of land use and planning, and improved transport infrastructure. We recognise that these areas are important to the Illawarra community and we will continue to advise relevant government agencies of the region's concerns and have them addressed.

RDA Illawarra has arranged its priorities in a Sub-Committee structure with our board members taking responsibility for particular priorities.  To view a copy of the current Sub-Committee structure click here.
