Tony Green - Acting CEO
Tony Green has been seconded from his role of business development manager with the NSW Departmnet of Trade and Investment and is currently acting in the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Natalie Burroughs - CEO
Natalie began her career with the Australian Public Service in Canberra around 14 years ago and has had an interesting career path that has seen her help manage the aftermath of the Ansett collapse to working on low level airspace reform.
Natalie has significant project management experience and in 2003 took up the position of Regional Manager for the then Department of Transport and Regional Services, where she was responsible for, amongst other things, recommending many regional projects for funding to Ministers. She worked with the Australian Public Service Commission as a Regional Advisor before starting with RDA Illawarra as the project officer in August 2009.
Natalie has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Business Administration, specialising in International Relations, both from the University of Canberra.
Natalie was appointed CEO of RDA Illawarra in April 2010 and is passionate about developing the Illawarra region and realising the opportunities presented through RDAI.
David Muscio - Project Officer
David has numerous years experience in community and public sector roles such as general manager Illawarra Skills Development, faculty manager and executive officer Development and Community Affairs at University of Wollongong. David managed projects for Adelaide Hills Regional Development Board, he was most recently regional partnerships coordinator at Flinders University and had a previous program management career in TAFE, including outreach coordinator for the Central West and Illawarra regions.
David has qualifications in continuing education (UNE) and regional administration (UOW) and masters degrees in History and Education (SYD). Last year David completed a Masters of Public Administration (Policy) degree at Flinders University and has interests in public policy, ethics, corporate social responsibility and social policy.
David looks forward to using his experience in regional development, employment and training and community engagemnet to benefit the Illawarra.
Katrina Skellern - Green Jobs Illawarra Project Manager
Katrina has 15 years corporate, local and state government experience in the economic, sustainable and community development sectors. She has project managed a large range of business and community sustainability, health and infrastructure development projects and strategic planning studies.
She is a specialist in community engagement, funding submission preparation and policy development and has advised a range of NSW industries on sustainable business solutions and facilitated corporate social responsibility initiatives across mainstream and indigenous communities.
Lee Cooper - Administration Officer
Lee was a nurse with the Illawarra Area Health Service for 17 years, before joining the Human Resources team at the Novotel Northbeach in 1999. She joined the Illawarra Area Consultative Committee (now RDA Illawarra) in 2005.
Lee has a Diploma in Human Resources and is currently completing a Certificate IV in Financial Services.
